We are working on the next Antena WORKS!hop on the topic of environmental measures in cultural centers and cultural events

We would like to invite you to our next event from the series Antena WORKS!, which will take place on 25.9.2020 from 9:30 in Malý Berlín, a cultural center in Trnava. This time the focus will be put on the theme - how to implement and maintain environmental measures in cultural centers, cultural events, and daily life.

The responsibility to take care of the environment becomes more and more pressing every day. Companies, enterprises, and cultural organizations have already begun to implement environmental measures into their common practice.

The Slovak Arts Council has compiled suggestions and environmental policies for organizers of events. Besides acting responsibly towards the environment, applicants for support from the Slovak Arts Council will have to comply with this policy and implement it into their projects starting from 2021. This is one of the reasons why we have decided to hold another event from the series Antena WORKS! on this topic.

Róbert Špoták, representativeof the Slovak Arts Council, and Jana Mikudová, from the Institute for Environmental Policy of the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic, who have compiled the environmental policy of the Slovak Arts Council, will join us to present the environmental suggestions of the Slovak Arts Council.

Representatives from the Energy Centre Bratislava will join us in the afternoon part of the program where he will present the ways of saving energy in cultural centers and at cultural events, the alternative sources of energy, and the options for financing such solutions.

The event will be interactive – prepare questions for our guests.

Entrance fee: 15 euro for public and for associate members of Antena, free for members of Antena network
