WE ARE WORKING ON ANOTHER ANTENA WORKS! ON THE COOPERATION BETWEEN ALTERNATIVE CULTURE AND REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS

The next workshop from the Antena WORKS! series, this time on the topic of cooperation between alternative culture and regional governments, will take place on 5.10.2019 in Záhrada - centrum nezávislej kultúry in Banská Bystrica. 

The workshop is connected to the series of workshops by Antena, which discuss a wide range of topics in the field of cultural management.

Our previous workshop series have addressed topics such as audience development, team communication, reconstruction of cultural centers, and accounting for NGOs.

The newest workshop from the Antena WORKS! series will focus on the topic of collaboration, independent initiatives, in particular, cultural centers, and other cultural actors with regional governments. 

 

We will also look at the following subtopics:

1. Communicating with regional governments and establishing partnerships (available spaces in cities/villages, marketing, tourism, etc.)
2. Financing alternative culture on a local and regional level (grant schemes)
3. Participation in creating common cultural policies in villages, cities, and regions

The workshop is free for Antena members. Those interested not in possession of membership will be asked to pay a fee of 15€.
