Reinsurance company Swiss Re contacted us at the beginning of the year as its employees decided to support the independent cultural scene.

We would like to express our gratitude to Swiss Re for their support. Thanks to their financial contribution, we can continue to sustain our network and our members. This financial gift will be used to create a new position of a cultural coordinator, whose main tasks will be to:

1. Represent the independent cultural scene and its members at meetings with public and private institutions
2. Create possibilities to acquire financial means from other institutions and that way create more opportunities for growth of the independent art sector
3. Acquire financial means and ensure sufficient sources for continuing this position
