The aim of the workshop is to name the specifics of projects and to point out their advantages and disadvantages for cultural centers and other cultural organizations through practical examples. In addition to the process specifics to projects, we will also focus on the creation and management of project teams and setting the project budget. The workshop will be led by Csilla Dropp.
